World Records Authority (WRA) proudly recognises Siddharth Ashok Rampal of India for establishing a monumental new record for the Most Gurudwaras Visited on a Self-Driven Spiritual Journey. Driven by a profound commitment to promote Sikh heritage and meditation on spiritual truths, Mr. Rampal organised and executed the “Gurudwara Darshan with Siddhu Paji” expedition — a remarkable odyssey that stands as a testament to devotion, resilience, and the love of community service.

Behind the wheel of his Renault Triber 1000cc car, Siddharth began his journey in Mulund, Maharashtra, on 10 May 2024. Over the course of just over a year, his path took him across 11 Indian states. By its conclusion on 14 May 2025, he had visited an impressive total of 700 Sikh Gurudwaras and covered a distance of 50,000 kilometres.

Each Gurudwara visit was not merely a stop on a route, but a moment of spiritual connection — a prayer offered, a community honoured, and a story shared. By driving solo across the breadth of India to reach 700 sacred Sikh sites, Rampal has woven a living tribute to Sikh culture and values into the very landscape of the nation.
