The World Records Authority hereby officially recognises Scholastic Foundation Nepal for the extraordinary establishment of a new global benchmark in academic excellence. Under the visionary leadership of Program Director Prajwal Bhattarai, the institution successfully executed a feat of unprecedented logistical and oratorical precision.

At “The Rising Voice 2021” — held at Gurukul College, Bharatpur, Nepal — 64 participants were evaluated and narrowed to 8 finalists within a consolidated 4-hour window, centred on the theme of Sustainable Child Development. This achievement serves as a testament to the power of youth mobilisation and the critical importance of fostering communication skills in the next generation.

The WRA commends Mr. Bhattarai and his team for their dedication to youth empowerment and for upholding the rigorous standards required to be named “The Official Authority of Achievements.”
