The World Records Authority is proud to officially recognise Keira & Brannan Johnson for their extraordinary aeronautical achievement. In just a two-hour period on November 10, 2013, this father-daughter duo accomplished an astounding 96 take-offs and landings in their aircraft, “Watermelon”, operating out of Rocky Mountain Metropolitan Airport (KBJC), Colorado.
Their performance wasn’t just a record attempt — it was a flight for a cause. Their incredible skill and endurance raised over $11,000 for Keira’s elementary school, Eldorado K-8.
